When you visit this website, the server automatically records technical data (IP address, date and time of access, pages accessed, browser type, operating system, referring website). This data is required to deliver the website and to ensure its security and stability, in particular to defend against attacks. The data is stored for a maximum of seven days and then deleted. 3. Contact by e-mail, phone or contact form
If you contact us, we process the data you provide (e.g. name, company, e-mail address, phone number, content of your message) in order to handle your enquiry and any follow-up questions. Data entered in the contact form is processed and stored by HEROLD Business Data GmbH as our processor. HEROLD may use sub-processors for this purpose. If an enquiry leads to a business relationship, the statutory retention periods apply (in particular seven years under Austrian tax and commercial law).
4. Spam protection (hCaptcha)
To protect the contact form against automated misuse, we use hCaptcha, a service of Intuition Machines, Inc., USA. hCaptcha processes data such as your IP address, browser information and interaction with the website in order to distinguish human users from bots.
