Fibron Pipe operates certified management systems to ensure the highest standards in quality, environmental responsibility, and occupational health & safety.

Our management systems are certified by TÜV Austria in accordance with the following international standards:

ISO 45001:2018 - Occupational Health & Safety Management System

FibronPipe places a strong focus on the performance and reliability of its bonded Reinforced Thermoplastic Pipe (RTP / TCP) systems for demanding industrial applications.

Silver Line (DS3) and Gold Line systems are engineered to meet stringent performance requirements and undergo extensive testing to verify their structural integrity, pressure resistance and long-term durability.

Silver Line DS3 is designed, manufactured and tested in accordance with API Specification 15S, Spoolable Reinforced Plastic Line Pipe. The qualification programme is carried out and supervised by Applus+ IMA Dresden as an independent third party.
Gold Line is designed in accordance with API Specification 15S.

Independent Testing and Inspection Body:

Applus+ IMA Dresden is an independent, accredited testing and inspection centre and part of the international Applus+ Laboratories network. Its testing laboratories are accredited by DAkkS, the German national accreditation body, in accordance with DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025. The accredited scope includes long-term hydrostatic pressure testing to ASTM D2992 and testing to API Specification 15S.

IMA Dresden is also accredited as an inspection body in accordance with DIN EN ISO/IEC 17020 for pipe systems, including multilayer composite pipes.
